1. Scope
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of https://www.node-modules-cache.com/ and all related APIs and services operated by clubdrei.com Medienagentur GmbH ("Provider", "we", "us").
The service is offered to both business customers and consumers. Where a provision applies only to entrepreneurs within the meaning of the Austrian Commercial Code (UGB) or only to consumers, this is stated explicitly.

3. Description of the service
The service provides caching of node_modules directories for faster use in CI pipelines. Users may manage API tokens and subscriptions via the website and access the cache via API endpoints.
Registration is required to use the service.
Users remain responsible for the legality, integrity, and accuracy of the package files, dependencies, and other content they submit through the service, and for ensuring that their use of the service complies with applicable law and third-party rights.
4. Accounts and usage
- Each account is personal to the registered user. Team use must take place through authorized persons within the same organization; login credentials must be kept confidential and must not be shared openly.
- Creating multiple free accounts by the same person or entity is not permitted and may be treated as abuse.
- Users are responsible for activities performed under their credentials.
- We may suspend accounts in cases of abuse, non-payment, or security risks.
5. Payments and subscriptions
- Subscriptions and payments are handled by Polar.sh, acting as Merchant of Record.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the end of the billing period.
- Unless mandatory law requires otherwise or a refund is issued by Polar.sh under its own policies, cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period and no prorated refund is provided for unused time in that billing period.
6. Termination and cancellation
- Users may request account deletion at any time by emailing support@node-modules-cache.com.
- Subscriptions can be cancelled to take effect at the end of the current subscription period.
- We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, abuse, or failure to pay.
- Following deletion or termination, we will delete or anonymize account data and cached artifacts without undue delay unless retention is required by law or necessary to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
7. Right of withdrawal for consumers
If you are a consumer within the meaning of applicable law, you may have a statutory right to withdraw from paid contracts concluded online within 14 days, unless an exception applies.
If you request that a paid digital service begins during the withdrawal period, you expressly agree that we may begin performance before the withdrawal period expires. If the service has already been fully performed during that period, your right of withdrawal may expire where legally permitted. If you withdraw after performance has begun but before full performance is completed, you must pay a proportionate amount for the services already provided, to the extent permitted by law.
8. Liability and warranty
- The service is provided using reasonable care and skill. We make no guarantee of uninterrupted availability.
- We are liable without limitation for damages caused intentionally or by gross negligence, and for personal injury, mandatory product liability claims, and all other cases where liability cannot be excluded or limited by law.
- For damages caused by slight negligence, we are liable only for breach of essential contractual obligations, limited to the typical and foreseeable damage for this type of contract.
- To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, consequential damages, lost profits, lost savings, or losses resulting from unavailable or incomplete backups. Users remain responsible for maintaining their own backups of data and artifacts relevant to their workflows.
- Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
9. Availability and maintenance
We aim for high availability but may perform maintenance or updates without prior notice. Temporary interruptions do not constitute service failure.
10. Intellectual property
All trademarks, logos, and software components of www.node-modules-cache.com remain the property of clubdrei.com Medienagentur GmbH or their respective owners. Users retain rights to their own code and data stored via the service.
11. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Austrian law, excluding its conflict-of-law rules and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
If you are a consumer habitually resident in the European Union, mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence remain unaffected, and any disputes may be brought before the competent court under applicable law.
If you are an entrepreneur, the court having subject-matter jurisdiction for Innsbruck, Austria, shall have exclusive jurisdiction for all disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may modify these Terms where necessary for legal, technical, security, or operational reasons.
Material changes will be notified to registered users at least 30 days before they take effect, for example by email or through the service. If a user does not agree with the change, the user may terminate the contract before the change takes effect. The updated version will also be posted on this website with a new effective date.
